Shipping and REturns


The UnRefinery Co aims for 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us within five (5) days from the date you received your order.  


Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. All emails regarding your purchase should be sent to:


We ship all items within 2-4 business days from the date of your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped along with tracking information. If you received a shipping confirmation, but did not receive your order, please email us within 7-10 days of your shipping date.
